Shipping policy

We work hard to get your order to you quickly and smoothly!


Handling Time

Order Processing: Orders received before 12:00 PM EST are processed the same day they are received. Otherwise, orders are processed within 1 business day, except for holidays which may extend handling times.
Order Confirmation: Once an order is received, we will send a confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout.
Order Changes/Cancellations: If you need to make any changes to your order including address changes or need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email at info@mainlinemds.com. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible. We will work with you to find the best possible solution.

    Shipping

    Shipping Options: We offer 3 service levels in Canada (Economy, Standard, and Express). Shipping options are displayed at checkout, and you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
    Shipping Time: Shipping time depends on the shipping option you choose and your location. Typically, Economy service takes between 3-6 business days for domestic shipping. Standard service takes 3 business days for domestic shipping. While, Express service takes 1 business day for domestic shipping. Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
    Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package online. Or you can use our order tracking portal.
    Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping option you choose, the weight of the package, and the destination. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Heavy/Bulk Items may be subject to an extra shipping fees.
