Shipping policy
We work hard to ensure your order is processed quickly and delivered as efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
- Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day.
- Orders After 12:00 PM EST: Orders received after noon are typically processed within 1 business day.
- Order Confirmation: You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
- Order Changes or Cancellations: If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mainlinemds.com. While we cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been submitted, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping Within Canada
We currently ship across Canada using trusted national carriers.
Standard Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated based on your shipping destination and product type.
- Ontario: Flat-rate shipping of $12.99 CAD
- Rest of Canada: Flat-rate shipping of $16.99 CAD
- Territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut): Shipping rates are provided by quotation due to the higher cost of delivery.
Estimated delivery times for standard parcel shipments are typically 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Heavy & Bulky Items
Certain oversized or heavy products require specialized shipping and are subject to different shipping rates than our standard products. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout based on the product(s) in your order.
Some oversized shipments to remote locations may require additional freight charges. If applicable, we will contact you before processing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.
